Since its original construction in 1985, the building has undergone several major infrastructure upgrades to meet the needs of demanding telecommunications tenants.
These upgrades include:
- The addition of a new DWP sub-station containing four 5,000-amp transformers.
- Six 2,000-KVA generators along with a 50,000 gallon underground fuel storage tank.
- Three 100-ton cooling towers as well as a new "dry-pipe" pre-action fire suppression system and redundant service feeds into the Building from two separate locations on the fiber loop.
- Fully addressable Fire Life Safety system
